Exhibition: March 20 to May 22, 2010 Los Angeles, CA - Morono Kiang Gallery announces its upcoming exhibition, Move, curated by Shervin Shahbazi and featuring new works by John Carr, Kendell Carter, Ricardo Duffy, Kimmy Kim, Betty Lee, Camilo Ontiveros, Steven Yao-Chee Wong, and Xin Yunpeng. With the understanding that art has the potential to create agency and propel change, the artists of Move create works that reconsider the aesthetic ideals, modes of communication, and the financial and political hubris that shape our sense of self, inform our daily lives, and become our country’s legacy. Morono Kiang Gallery is Downtown Los Angeles's premier collector's gallery promoting cutting-edge contemporary art from around the globe. Exhibiting work by both recognized and emerging artists, the gallery occupies over 3,000 square feet of exhibition space and is located on the ground floor of the historic Bradbury Building.
